Vredesvävd, the highly anticipated 7th album from Finntroll, has finally released! 38 minutes of all new Finntroll music! Be sure to support the band and buy the album in whichever way suits you!
September 3, 2020 – NEW MUSIC VIDEO AND TRACK RELEASED, “MASK”!!!
Finntroll released the third single from their upcoming album, titled “Mask!” What a fun, energetic song! So far, I have loved all these singles and the album seems very promising. Only a few more weeks until the release of Vredesvävd! I saw an interview with lead singer Vreth a little bit ago and he said this video was filmed in the same area as the Nedgång music video. Fun!

August 7, 2020 – NEW MUSIC VIDEO AND TRACK RELEASED!!!
Hello trolls! Today, Finntroll released another track from “Vredesvävd”, called “Forsen” (which means “Rapids” in English). They also released a music video for it, another animated one like their “Under Bergets Rot” video. (The animation style is so similar, I wonder if they used the same animation studio for it).

I have to say, between this song and the previously-released “Ormfolk”, Vredesvävd is sounding very promising! This is great and awesome. Glad to see Finntroll have been sticking to their signature style!
July 17, 2020 – NEW ALBUM TRACK RELEASED!!!
Hello all Trolls! Today Finntroll has released a new track, “Ormfolk” from their newest album, Vredesvävd! Have a listen down below in the embedded video!
Personally, I liked it very much! It has the signature Finntroll sound and melodies, and I’m also happy to hear some of the Midnattens-Widunder-Jaktens-Tid-era humpaa-style stuff. Gotta say, I love the ending melody as well! Very catchy and great and just another reason to be excited for Vredesvävd! Just two more months now!
When COVID is over and we are all safe, this will be quite a song to hear at a live performance!
June 22, 2020 – FINNTROLL NEW ALBUM COVER RELEASE!!!
Hello all! Today Finntroll released the album artwork for their newest, seventh full-length album, titled Vredesvävd! Check out the artwork below!
I think it looks pretty badass, if I say so myself (and looks promising, in terms of how dark the album will be). Their official press release with the cover stated that it’s sure to be a banger! I seriously cannot wait (as you can imagine, ha).
